CIRCOR is a manufacturer of flow valves that service an array of industries worldwide. CIRCOR wanted to begin an efficiency and morale building initiative in its manufacturing plants. RTP Advertising devised a signage campaign that would promote teamwork, pride and efficiency for the lean manufacturing initiative. The CIRCOR E10 Excellence Perfected program is a series of ten motivational words that were easy to communicate and understand and that reinforce the corporate mission. The graphics are bold, optimistic and easy to display.
