Brennan Oil & Heating, Inc., a regional fuel oil dealer, needed a website where its thousands of residential customers could get immediate information, ask technical questions and conveniently pay for heating oil online. The strategic objective was to position Brennan Oil as an industry leader that successfully combines complete technical excellence with highly responsive personal service.
