CIRCOR is a manufacturer of flow and other specialty valves that service an array of industries worldwide.

CIRCOR wanted to begin an efficiency and morale building initiative in its manufacturing plants. RTP Advertising devised a signage campaign that would promote teamwork, pride and efficiency for the lean manufacturing initiative.

The CIRCOR E¹⁰ Excellence Perfected program is a series of ten motivational words that were easy to communicate and understand and that reinforce the corporate mission. The graphics are bold, optimistic and easy to display.
